01Identity
I'm a full stack engineer who has spent five-plus years shipping software for government programs, large enterprises and early-stage startups. I lead small teams, run the sprint, and still write most of the code.
Lately my work centers on AI-native products: LLM agents with tool calling and retrieval, the Postgres schemas that keep them honest, and the Google Cloud infrastructure that keeps them running at 3 a.m.
I care about the whole system: fast, accessible interfaces, typed APIs, boring and reliable data, and enough observability that nothing stays a mystery for long.

Six subsystems I run in production. The first three are where most of my recent work lives.

03Architecture
A reference architecture I keep coming back to: a typed web client, stateless services on Cloud Run, Postgres as the source of truth, LLM agents with retrieval, and async work on Pub/Sub. Hover, tap or tab through the nodes to inspect them.
Caches, indexes and vector stores can always be rebuilt from it. Anything that can't be rebuilt gets a migration and a backup.
Requests stay fast because embeddings, processing and notifications ride on Pub/Sub with retries and dead-letter topics.
Services talk to each other with IAM workload identities and short-lived tokens. Static keys don't get a chance to leak.
04Work
Two products designed, built and shipped end to end, from the data model to the pixels.
Star navigation and satellite visualization: a real-time 3D globe with orbital layers, rendered for the browser. Future iterations add live flight tracking and global coverage.
Personal finance and asset management: accounts, cash flow, budgets and net-worth tracking in one dashboard, with local, encrypted storage.

Engineering services firm · government programs
Lead a small team as scrum master while building React front ends, REST APIs and backend services, and keeping production systems healthy on Google Cloud.
